Refined Sugar-Free Candied Peanuts are a sweet, crunchy, and salty snack. Lovely addition to an appetizer and snack table. Perfect for parties or to add to a school lunch. When I make these peanuts they disappear in no time. In fact, they are the most often requested snacks for game days. Moreover, I often make them for my family on Super Bowl Sunday. Or chop some up and add to ice cream sundaes or waffles.
Refined Sugar-Free Candied Peanuts:
Why make your own candied nuts? Because you control the ingredients and flavors. Indeed, they are so quick and easy to make. I first started to make these peanuts as I was gifted a huge bag of raw Spanish peanuts. I, therefore, wanted to create some different recipes. Needless to say, my family has already requested I make these again. Not to mention, peanuts are packed with plant-based protein, high in healthy fats, and high in fiber. Not to mention, various other vitamins and minerals.
Consequently, my daughter’s boyfriend is allergic to most nuts. However, he is not allergic to peanuts. Therefore, I wanted some sort of snack that he could also enjoy. These sweet, salty, and crunchy nuts are just the ticket.
Moreover, Hickory Salt can be found at Amazon.
