Refined Sugar-Free Cranberry Syrup Recipe is a small batch from scratch sweet and tart breakfast or other dessert topping. Perfect for pancakes and waffles.
First, combine maple syrup and cranberries in a pot over medium heat on the stove.
Next, bring it to a boil. Finally, using the back of a spoon smash the fruit.
Lastly, reduce heat and let simmer for 3 - 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and use as a syrup. Makes approximately 5 servings
Can add a little water to thin it out.
