Fall, in short, is when the majority of the world tends to think about pumpkins and cranberries. In fact, most of us begin to think about pumpkins and cranberries at the beginning of October. As a matter of fact, many can not wait for Fall to begin. Incidentally, that is where my inspiration for this recipe came up. Initially, I began to think about Fall and it led me to think about creating a cranberry syrup to go along with waffles or pancakes. Therefore, why not make a syrup with cranberries for Halloween or Thanksgiving morning breakfast? All in all, I decorate with a leaf or two of mint. By the way, this syrup is sweet with a hint of sour.
Real maple syrup can be found on Amazon.
