First, add boiling water to the cranberries. (fresh or frozen)
Second, drain and dry the cranberries.
Thirdly, cut cranberries in half.
Stir together cranberries and monkfruit together.
Place cranberries onto a tray in the dehydrator on 125 F to 135 seting.
Let dry for 6 hours.
Check on cranberries if not dried to your liking return to the dehydrator.
Remove from dehydrator and place in a sterilized jar with a lid and store for 4 months.
