Ingredients

  • 2 inch red rhubarb fresh or frozen
  • 1 large strawberry
  • 1 thin slice lime
  • 2 cups water
  • * 1/2 inch piece of peeled ginger

Instructions

  • First, cut up rhubarb into small pieces.  
    2 inch red rhubarb
  • Next cut up strawberry into 4 pieces.  
    1 large strawberry
  • Place rhubarb, strawberry, lime, and water into a quart-size jar.
    1 thin slice lime, 2 cups water
  • Place in the refrigerator overnight.

Variation:

  • Add the piece of ginger with the other fruit
    * 1/2 inch piece of peeled ginger
  • First, make a batch and place in ice cube trays.
  • Secondly, make a second batch to drink in the morning.
  • Thirdly, remove an ice cube or two the following day and place in a glass of Rhubarb Strawberry Lime Infused Water as not to dilute the drink.
