Ingredients
2inchred rhubarbfresh or frozen
1largestrawberry
1 thinslice lime
2cupswater
* 1/2 inch pieceof peeled ginger
Instructions
First, cut up rhubarb into small pieces.
2 inch red rhubarb
Next cut up strawberry into 4 pieces.
1 large strawberry
Place rhubarb, strawberry, lime, and water into a quart-size jar.
1 thin slice lime, 2 cups water
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Variation:
Add the piece of ginger with the other fruit
* 1/2 inch piece of peeled ginger
First, make a batch and place in ice cube trays.
Secondly, make a second batch to drink in the morning.
Thirdly, remove an ice cube or two the following day and place in a glass of Rhubarb Strawberry Lime Infused Water as not to dilute the drink.
