Ingredients:
- 2-inch piece of red rhubarb
- 1 large strawberry
- 1 slice lime
- 2 cups of water
Directions:
Cut up rhubarb into small pieces. Next cut up strawberry into 4 pieces. Place rhubarb, strawberry, lime, and water into a quart-size jar. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Variation: First, make a batch and place in ice cube trays. Secondly, make a second batch to drink in the morning. Thirdly, remove an ice cube or two the following day and place in a glass of Rhubarb Strawberry Lime Infused Water as not to dilute the drink.
