First, preheat oven to 375 F.
Second, mix cassava flour, salt, sage, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, BBQ seasoning, basil, turmeric, and whisk together.
Next, add oil and water to flour and seasonings blend until well incorporated.
Mix thoroughly and form into a ball.
Divide the dough in half.
Finally, lay down two sheets of plastic wrap slightly overlapping.
Form half the dough into a rectangle and lay on top of plastic wrap.
Next, lay down two more sheets of plastic wrap slightly overlapping on top of the cracker dough.
Roll into 1/8 inch.
Remove the top plastic wrap layer.
Using a pastry cutter and a ruler cut out squares or use a square cookie cutter.
Grease cookie sheet.
Next, using a spatula carefully lift up the cracker and place it on an oiled cookie sheet.
Lastly, bake 15 – 30 minutes or until slightly brown.
Finally, allow to cool then move to an airtight container.
Makes approximately 108 crackers.
