Ingredients

  • 4 1.5 lbs. Thick Cut Pork Chops
  • 4 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 2 cups Organic Beef Bone Broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 2 tsp AKA Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh Parsley
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste on pork chops

Instructions

  • First, heat up the olive oil on medium heat.
    4 tbsp avocado oil
  • Second, salt and pepper on both sides of the pork chops.
    4 1.5 lbs. Thick Cut Pork Chops
  • Third, sear both sides of the pork for approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Next, remove the pork. Finally, caramelize the onions and mushrooms.
    1/2 cup sliced onions, 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Finally, add the onions and mushrooms and caramelize them.
  • Once, caramelized add the tapioca to the top of the onions and mushrooms.
    4 tbsp tapioca flour
  • Finally, stir the onions and mushrooms until the tapioca flour is combined.
  • Be sure to scrape off the bottom of the pan.
  • Next, add in water and beef broth.
    2 cups water, 2 cups Organic Beef Bone Broth
  • Hence, continue to stir until it thickens.
  • Thickening the sauce may take a minute or two.
  • Finally, add the remaining ingredients except for the parsley.
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Continue stirring even once in a while until gravy thickens.
  • Top with parsley or drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar.
