First, heat up the olive oil on medium heat.
4 tbsp avocado oil
Second, salt and pepper on both sides of the pork chops.
4 1.5 lbs. Thick Cut Pork Chops
Third, sear both sides of the pork for approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
Next, remove the pork. Finally, caramelize the onions and mushrooms.
1/2 cup sliced onions, 1 cup sliced mushrooms
Finally, add the onions and mushrooms and caramelize them.
Once, caramelized add the tapioca to the top of the onions and mushrooms.
4 tbsp tapioca flour
Finally, stir the onions and mushrooms until the tapioca flour is combined.
Be sure to scrape off the bottom of the pan.
Next, add in water and beef broth.
2 cups water, 2 cups Organic Beef Bone Broth
Hence, continue to stir until it thickens.
Thickening the sauce may take a minute or two.
Finally, add the remaining ingredients except for the parsley.
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder
Continue stirring even once in a while until gravy thickens.
Top with parsley or drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar.
