  • First, preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Second, trim the green onions and cut off the ends.
  • Cut the green onions (both the white and green parts) into small pieces.

  • Next, in a large bowl combine, cassava flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, garlic, powder, pepper, salt, and monk fruit.
    1/2 cup cassava flour, 1 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp monk fruit sweetener, 1/2 cup almond flour
  • Stir until combined.
  • Finally cut in 5 tablespoons into the butter with a pastry knife until it resembles small peas

  • Next, add in the green onions and stir until well combined.

  • Finally, make a well in the center and add the sour cream.
    3/4 cup sour cream
  • Gently stir in the sour cream until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Fold the dough onto itself until it comes together.
  • Pour out the shaggy dough and press into a rectangle.
  • Cut the dough in half and stack it on top of the other half.
  • If there are any pieces behind just pick them up and press them down on the top.
  • Using your knuckles press the dough down into a 6 x 4 1 inch square and cut into 9 biscuits.
  • Melt remaining butter in the microwave and brush the tops of the biscuits.
  • Place the biscuits onto a greased cookie set.
  • Lastly, place inside the oven and bake 20 -30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove and allow to cool before eating.
