Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp powdered Vanilla monk fruit sweetener

Instructions

  • First, combine all the ingredients into a food processor or a high-speed blender. c

  • Lastly, process a couple of minutes. Serve as pancake or waffle topping.
