First, preheat the oven to 350.
Second, combine all the ingredients, except for the water, in a small food processor until well blended.
4 thinly pork chops, 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp real maple syrup, 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes or sun-dried tomato paste (from a tube), 3 tsp onion powder , 2 tsp pink salt, 2 tsp tomato paste , 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Thirdly, place approximately 1 tablespoon of sauce on both sides of each pork chop.
Finally, turn an electric stove on to medium heat.
Next, add avocado oil to an ovenproof frying pan.

Lastly, place it into the oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Last but not least, add the remaining sauce to the pan along with the water.

Above all, place a lid on the pan to prevent the chops from drying out.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 -15 minutes.
Serve with the remaining sun-dried glaze from the pan.
