Sun-Dried Tomato Pork Chops

In all honesty, this recipe seemed to ruminate in my head. It finally came together and the flavor profile was light citrus and sun-dried flavor. Not to mention, the deep red color of the pork chops is beautiful too. In fact, originally I called them Sun Kissed Pork Chops. Consequently, this sun-dried sauce can also be used for beef, pork, and chicken. For instance, it is roughly based on a Tuscan, Italian sun-dried tomato pork recipe. Thereby, making this recipe versatile.

Nonetheless, this is a quick and easy recipe. Clearly, there is something so enticing about sweet and sour or tart flavors. Without a doubt, this recipe is one to add to your repertoire.

Searing the pork chops on the stove and baking them in the oven is what makes these chops so tender.

Cooking Pork Chops

Most importantly, start by making the glaze or sauce in a small food processor. Above all, make sure the pan is hot before searing the pork. Sear each side of the pork chop with the sauce on. Last but not least, add a lid to the pan before placing it in the oven. As a result, this will allow the pork to be tender. In summary, add the pork to the oven and bake until cooked through. Above all, double-check with an oven thermometer to make sure the pork is cooked through. Drizzle with a little avocado oil for eye appealing dish. Furthermore, an oven thermometer on Amazon.

In summary, serve with zoodles, rice, cauliflower rice, or pasta.
