First, preheat the oven to 400 F.
Second, oil a baking tray.
Third, grate the onion in a box grater.
1/2 a whole chopped onion
Fourth, combine the grated onion with the gluten-free panko crumbs allow to sit for 10 minutes.
3/4 cup organic panko
Add in the remaining ingredients.
1 lb ground turkey, 3 tbsp my homemade ketchup or store-bought, 3 tsp coconut aminos, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp teriyaki coconut aminos, 2 tsp aka Worchestershire sauce My recipe or store-bought, 1 whole minced garlic clove, 3/4 tsp pink salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Make 1/2 inch for appetizer meatballs or 1 inch for dinner meatballs.
Use a small cookie scoop and scoop out the meat.
Lastly, place meatballs onto a cooking tray.
Bake for 16- 22 minutes or until brown.
