  • 1/2 an onion chopped
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 3 tsp homemade ketchup
  • 3 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp teryaki cocoonut aminos
  • 2 tsp AKA Worcestershire sauce or store bought
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 3/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp sezchan peppers

Directions

First, preheat the oven to 400 F. Second, oil a baking tray. Third, grate the onion in a box grater. Fourth, combine the grated onion with the gluten-free panko crumbs allow to sit for 10 minutes. Add in the remaining ingredients. Make Make 1/2 inch for appetizer meatballs or 1 inch for dinner meatballs. Use a small cookie scoop and scoop out the meat. Lastly, place meatballs onto a cooking tray. Bake for 16- 22 minutes or until brown (depending on the size of the meatballs).

Make sweet and sour sauce

  • 1 tbsp tapioca or arrowroot flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup homemade coconut brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup homemade ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

Directions

First, add the ingredients into a pot. Second, simmer together until thickens into a syrup consistency. Remove from heat. Drizzle a small amount over the meatballs. Gently roll the meatballs in the sauce. Add remaing sauce to a bowl for dipping. Finally, add the meatballs to a serving tray or plates. Top the meatballs with chives or green oninos.   • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 3 tbsp my homemade ketchup or store-bought keep in mind if using store-bought it will change the nutritional values
  • 3 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp aka Worchestershire sauce My recipe or store-bought
  • 1 whole minced garlic clove
  • 3/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp sezchan pepper or more if you desire

  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour or arrowroot
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup homemade brown sugar or store-bought
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

Instructions
