Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup homemade mayonnaise or store-bought
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit Sweetener
  • 3 tsp Cholula
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp Chipotle Pepper
  • 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 cups finely sliced or shredded Brussel Sprouts
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup finely grated carrots

Instructions

  • First, combine mayonnaise, cider vinegar, monk fruit sweetener, Cholula, paprika, cumin, Chipotle Pepper, lime juice and salt and stir until combined.

  • Set the dressing aside.
  • Next shred or thinly slice the Brussel sprouts.
    6 cups finely sliced or shredded Brussel Sprouts
  • Finely chop your onions and grate your carrots.
    1/3 cup finely chopped onions, 1/4 cup finely grated carrots
  • Finally, place vegetables into a bowl together.
  • Lastly, stir in dressing until thoroughly combined.
