First, boil water.
1/2 cup boiling water
Second, place raisins inside a bowl and pour boiling water on top of it.
1/3 cup white raisins
Finally, allow raisins to sit in boiling water for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes drain off the water into a bowl.
Reserve 1/2 of the water in case you need it.
Next, add remaining ingredients into the food processor with the rehydrated raisins.
1 tbsp pure maple syrup, 1 tsp granulated onion, 1 tsp granulated garlice, 1/2 tsp tamarind powder, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1/2 tsp hickory salt or table salt, 1/2 tsp yellow mustard, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp Gluten-Free AKA Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Hickory BBQ sauce, 1/2 tsp fresh lemon zest, 1 tsp garlic powder Process until all the raisins are chopped.
If you want a thinner sauce use some of the reserved water.
Once the sauce is thoroughly combined pour inside a sterilized glass container with an airtight lid.
Store in the fridge for 2 - 3 weeks.
