LaRenas Corner Steakhouse Sauce is the perfect blend of sweet and tangy. Dipping any steak into this delectable sauce will elevate any ordinary steak into gourmet. Indeed, it will elevate any cut of beef from ordinary to gourmet. In all honesty, this sauce is so divine you will want to use it as a dip for other things besides steak.Steakhouse Steak sauce in a small canning jar with steak in the background.

LaRenas Corner Steakhouse Sauce:

All in all, most premade items such as ketchup, bbq sauce, and steak sauce on the market contain refined sugar. Therefore, I have to create my own sauce from scratch. In short, I have been craving a steak sauce to dip my meat into. All in all, this sauce is a homerun.

How did this recipe come about?  At any rate, I started by doing research and reading recipes. Not to mention, the experimenting in the kitchen until I got the recipe that I wanted. Finally, I just started adding and then tasting after I added a new ingredient. Once I felt it had a complete flavor profile I stopped.

Nutritional facts are listed below. 1 serving is one tablespoon. Furthermore, it will make approximately 1 1/4 cup of Steak Sauce. Use as a steak sauce, Peppercorn Beef, and Vegetables.

Tamarind Powder, tomato paste in a tube, and hickory salt can be found on Amazon.

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hickory salt or table salt

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Gluten-Free AKA Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hickory BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

First, boil water. Second, place raisins inside a bowl and pour boiling water on top of it. Finally, allow raisins to sit in boiling water for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes drain off 1/2 the water pour into a food processor, and add the remaining ingredients. Next, process for 5 minutes or so. Once the sauce is thoroughly combined pour inside a sterilized glass container with an airtight lid.
