Instructions

  • First, wrap a small 1/2 cup with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Next, remove the chilled bowl and place the bowl upside down on a plate.
  • Lastly, melt chocolate chips over a double boiler.
  • Using a spoon drizzle chocolate over the upside-down bottom of the bowl until the bottom of the bowl is covered.
  • Place the bowl into the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the glass bowl and unwrap the plastic wrap from the bowl and then remove the chocolate bowl from the plastic.
  • It is fine if it not perfectly circular and has rough edges as it gives it a more rustic look.
  • Use to decorate cakes, cupcakes or serve pudding and ice creams in.
