Ingredients

  • 20 oz Ground Buffalo
  • 2 tbsp my BBQ Seasoning or Store-bought Recipe on my blog
  • 1/4 cup green onions

Instructions

  • Mix spices and green onions into ground buffalo meat.
  • Divide meat into even-sized burgers.
  • BBQ hamburger to your liking whether it be rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, and well. (We tend to like our meat medium-rare).
  • Suggested additions my ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, tomatoes, cheese, bacon, and lettuce.
