Instructions
Mix spices and green onions into ground buffalo meat.
Divide meat into even-sized burgers.
BBQ hamburger to your liking whether it be rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, and well. (We tend to like our meat medium-rare).
Suggested additions my ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, tomatoes, cheese, bacon, and lettuce.
