BBQ-Spiced Grilled Buffalo Burgers:
Consequently, this recipe came about as I needed to make something for dinner. I looked in my freezer and saw Buffalo meat. Yum! What to make with Buffalo? Incidentally, summer is here and that means BBQing meat on the grill. Anyway, we often eat grilled BBQ burgers during the summer. However, I do sometimes cook them under the broiler in the oven. Sometimes I even fry them up in a pan on the stove. I prefer using a bbq thermometer and waiting until meat reaches around 125 – 135 F.
