Gluten-Free Chocolate Blackberry Cake Recipe is dairy-free, refined sugar-free, moist and filled with Blackberry curd and freshly sliced blackberries. DIY
First, place a small amount of Refined-Sugar-Free Chocolate Fudge Topping on a cake stand, cake plate or on a round cardboard square.
Secondly, place the first tier down on the frosting in the center.
Next, spread about 1/4 cup of blackberry curd on top of the first cake layer.
Finally, place sliced blackberries down on top of the blackberry curd.
Additionally, place the second cake layer down on top of the curd and sliced blackberries.
Frost The Cake
Begin by frosting the top and then spread the frosting over the edges to the sides.
Use a cake comb to decorate the top and sides of the cake.
Add Chocolate Bowl
Finally, place the Sugar-Free Chocolate Bowl in the center of the cake.
Lastly, fill with blackberries and sprigs of mint.
Optional: Place a raspberry in each corner
Decorate the plate with blackberry coulis and blackberry curd and chocolate if desired.
Optional: whipped cream and blackberry.
