  • Make all the recipes above.

Putting The Cake Together

  • First, place a small amount of Refined-Sugar-Free Chocolate Fudge Topping on a cake stand, cake plate or on a round cardboard square.
  • Secondly, place the first tier down on the frosting in the center.
  • Next, spread about 1/4 cup of blackberry curd on top of the first cake layer.
  • Finally, place sliced blackberries down on top of the blackberry curd.
  • Additionally, place the second cake layer down on top of the curd and sliced blackberries.

Frost The Cake

  • Begin by frosting the top and then spread the frosting over the edges to the sides.
  • Use a cake comb to decorate the top and sides of the cake.

Add Chocolate Bowl

  • Finally, place the Sugar-Free Chocolate Bowl in the center of the cake.
  • Lastly, fill with blackberries and sprigs of mint.
  • Optional: Place a raspberry in each corner
  • Decorate the plate with blackberry coulis and blackberry curd and chocolate if desired.
  • Optional: whipped cream and blackberry.
