Gluten-Free Fried Chicken Wings Recipe Dipped Dairy-Free. Crispy twice dipped in a coconut buttermilk batter, eggs, and cassava flour and a DIY Spice Rub.

Add seasonings, Cholula, buttermilk and chicken wings to a gallon size bag. Refrigerate 2-4 hours. Remove from buttermilk after 2-4 hours. Toss away the gallon bag with any remaining ingredients.
Buttermilk Bath
Mix all ingredients together until combined.
Flour Dip
Pour all the ingredients into a plastic bag and seal. Make sure it's sealed and shake until combined.
Batter and Fry up Chicken Wings
Put about 1/2 the buttermilk mixture on a plate adding more when needed.
On another plate put about 1/2 of the cassava flour mixture when needed add more.
Dip chicken wings in coconut buttermilk bath then dip into the flour mixture.
Repeat. Make sure to dip twice.
Heat up a large frying pan.
Pour about an inch of avocado oil and heat to 350 F.
Fry 6-8 wings at a time.
Using tongs carefully place chicken wings into a pan.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes then turn over and cook another 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain and cool.
Cool for 5 minutes and eat.
