Ingredients

BBQ Rub

  • 2 whole racks Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 recipe Sweet Smoky BBQ Rub Recipe on my blog

Wet Spray

BBQ Sauce

Instructions

Dry Rub

  • First, rub the ribs front and back with the Sweet Smoky BBQ be sure to press it into the meat.
  • Second, wrap the ribs in plastic wrap and allow to marinate overnight.
  • Third. remove the ribs from the fridge and place them on tinfoil.

Wet Spray

  • First set the grill to 250 F to smoke the ribs.
  • If you don't have a smoker grill combo follow directions below. 
  • Next, pour ingredients into a spray bottle over a sieve to remove any particles.
    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup lime juice, 2 tbsp Gluten-Free AKA Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp Yacon Syrup
  • Shake until combined.
  • Place ribs on tin foil on a hot grill.
  • Spray ribs every 15 minutes for 1 1/2 hrs.
  • Next, follow the directions below BBQ Sauce.

Directions If You Don't Have A Smoker BBQ

  • Purchase some cherrywood chips, hickory, or your favorite wood chips.
  • Place a handful of chips into tin foil.
  • Next, wrap the tin foil into a package.
  • Make several tin foil packages to last throughout the grilling phase.
  • Finally, poke holes into the tin foil.
  • Place the tinfoil packet onto the grill.
  • Now follow the remaining directions from above.
  • Replace chips every 30 minutes.
  • Toss out the hickory chips when you get to brushing on the bbq sauce.

BBQ Sauce

  • Next, take ribs off of tin foil and brush front and back with BBQ Sauce.
    1 cup Black Cherry BBQ Sauce or homemade
  • Place the ribs back on the grill with the meat facing up.
  • Finally, turn grill up to 300 F.
  • BBQ for 45 minutes.
  • Next, continue spraying every 15 minutes with the wet spray.
  • Remove ribs.
  • Finally cut and place into a tin foil container pour in a 1/4 cup of bbq sauce all over the ribs.
  • Spray with Wet Spray.
  • Lastly, cover with tinfoil and BBQ 45 minutes to an hour and 1/2.
  • Remove and eat.
  • Serve with extra sauce.
