Gluten-Free Vanilla Cake a moist tasty white cake. In fact, I don’t know if you will be able to tell it is gluten-free. Sturdy enough to use in tier cake recipes. Made entirely from scratch. This moist crumb cake is perfect for birthdays, mother’s day, father’s day, 4th of July, or even Easter. In all honesty, everything homemade is always way better. Gluten-Free Vanilla Cake

Indeed, life is full of variety. At any rate,  vanilla cake pairs so nicely with anything that makes it popular for birthdays. Consequently, it can be pair with any fruit fillings, chocolate fillings, or even a vanilla sauce. Moreover, allow this cake to inspire creativity. Not to mention, it can be topped with a variety of frostings, icings, or glazes. Thereby making vanilla cake one of the most versatile cakes out there. Not all cake is created equal. However, a really good vanilla cake can take your taste buds to heaven.

Needless to say, this cake pairs exceptionally well with a vintage old-fashioned frosting called Refined Sugar-Free Ermine Frosting. At any rate, now you know what recipe is in the blog for tomorrow.

Gluten-Free Vanilla Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla powdered monkfruit
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup almond milk

Directions:

First, preheat the oven to 350 F. Second, oil and flour two 6 -inch cake tins. Third, combine cassava, flour, baking powder, and powdered monkfruit.Dry Ingredients Stir until combined. Next. beat together eggs and monkfruit. Combine milk and olive oil.Milk and OilNext, combine the egg mixture with the milk mixture until thoroughly combined.Eggs and Golden Monkfruit Finally, blend in the flour mixture with the wet mixture. Pouring batter into cake pansLastly, pour batter into prepared cake pans and cook for 35 – 40 minutes. Ingredients

  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • 3/4 cup " class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-link" target="_blank">almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp powdered vanilla monkfruit
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to 350 F.

  • Lastly, pour batter into prepared cake pans and cook for 35 - 40 minutes.
  • Allow cakes to cool before removing them from the tins.
