Theory Of Kombucha Review

Have you ever heard of a fermented tea drink called kombucha? Theory Of Kombucha Review has created a powdered form of Kombucha. It may sound strange at first, but this ancient beverage has been gaining popularity in recent years due to its numerous health benefits. Made from a combination of tea, sugar, and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), kombucha has been praised for its ability to improve digestion, boost the immune system, and increase energy levels.Theory of Kombucha Review picture shows a bottle and glass of Raspberry Lemonade with flowers and lemon slice.

Needless to say, Kombucha is similar to other fermented foods such as kefir and kimchi as they contain good bacteria. Most are unaware that Kombucha can help feed the good gut bacteria to create a healthy microbiome. Increasing good bacteria will decrease bad bacteria thereby creating a healthier gut. Indeed, there is scientific evidence that your immune system is linked to a healthy gut (1). It is vital to have a healthy gut to have a healthy immune system. Not all kombucha contain probiotics and prebiotics.

In fact, it is sold in dark glass bottles to protect the microbiome of the drink. When describing the flavor of most Kombuchas people will often say it has a slight hint of vinegar. Most Kombucha’s on the market contain loads of sugar, high in calories, have a strong vinegar flavor, and require refrigeration.

On The Go Packets

Theory of Kombucha’s ingredients are probiotics, prebiotics, and apple cider vinegar. Most importantly, it does not contain alcohol, sugar, or any additives. In fact, it is kosher, vegan, and environmentally friendly. Believe it or not, Theory has created a packet. Yep, you heard that right. A small packet is opened, poured into a jar or bottle, topped with the lid, and shaken.

How wonderful it will be to go through airports with an empty water bottle and a packet of Kombucha. Imagine being able to maintain your gut health while on a cruise with one of these packets. It will make travel so much healthier. It will make traveling the globe that much nicer while also staying healthy.

They offer two varieties. The first is Raspberry Lemonade Kombucha + Energy and Lemon Ginger Gut Health. The Kombucha ingredients include probiotics, ginger rhizome, apple cider vinegar, tea blend (black instant tea, matcha tea leaf, and white leaf tea), stevia leaf extract, kombucha powder, and probiotic blend. The Energy blend also has coffee bean extract and green tea leaf extract. Each packet has a probiotic blend of 2 billion CFU, B12, and chromium picolinate.

Raspberry Lemonade Kombucha + Energy

Consequently, they also sell Raspberry Lemonade Energy which contains citric acid, chicory root inulin, natural flavors, potassium bicarbonate, silica, and beetroot (for color). Each packet has a probiotic blend of 2 billion CFU, B12, and chromium picolinate. The taste is sweet and tart. Or as “Goldilocks” would say just right. A perfect drink for any time of day. Each packet has 15 calories and 2 grams of daily fiber.

Each packet will help improve gut health while also boosting your energy levels. I personally felt more energy and slept better. Nevertheless, I often suffer from insomnia. Indeed, it did not exacerbate my sleeplessness. Plus the color is beautiful. Theory of Kombucha Raspberry Lemonade in a bottle and glass. With flowers and lemon slice. Theory of Kombucha

Lemon Ginger Kombucha – Gut Health

Lemon Ginger Kombucha contains citric acid, potassium bicarbonate, natural flavors, guar gum, sodium bicarbonate, and silica. Ginger and lemon complement each other so well. Each packet contains 2 billion CFU, 5 grams of fiber, and 15 calories. The probiotics and prebiotics help to improve the gut health biome. The pleasant tart yet subtle spice of ginger is pleasing to the palate.

Ginger helps to fight colds, improve digestion, regulate blood sugar, soothe the stomach, and relieve menstrual cramps. Lemon helps the body to absorb iron and support the immune system.

Theory of Kombucha Summary

Incidentally, a one-time purchase of 12 packets of either flavor will cost $19.99 with free shipping on orders over $30. Purchase three or more items and receive a 10% off. In conclusion, After doing some research I found the cost to be comparable to other powdered kombucha companies. Purchase directly from the company at Theory of Kombucha or find it at Walmart or Amazon. If you enjoy kombucha and like the idea of taking it on the go, then I highly suggest giving this Kombucha a shot.Top: Theory of Kombucha Review: A close up of a glass in with lemon slice, flowers, and a bottle in the background.
