Don’t forget Monterey Jack cheese and fresh parsley to top it off! Assembling the Pizza

First but not least, start by making the pizza crust or remove homemade crusts from the freezer. Allow the crust to come to room temperature before adding the toppings. Find a Cassava Cauliflower Pizza crust recipe on my blog or try Cauliflower Almond Pizza Crust or make it a Gluten-Free Family Pizza Crust. Once your crust is pre-baked, spread the masala sauce evenly over the crust.

In any case, place the crust on the prepared baking sheet or stone and spread a generous amount of Marsala Sauce. Leave a little space around the edges to prevent the sauce from overflowing.

Assemble and Bake the Pizza

First and foremost, begin assembling your pizza by spreading a generous amount of masala sauce evenly over the crust. Nonetheless, this will serve as the flavorful base for your toppings to come. Next, add your seasoned chicken on top of the sauce. Additionally, if you prefer a vegetarian pizza, simply omit the chicken or substitute it with your favorite protein source.

Once you’ve added all your toppings, it’s time to bake your gluten-free masterpiece! Nevertheless, preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and place your pizza on a baking sheet.

Last but not least, bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted to perfection. Keep an eye on your pizza during the baking process to ensure it’s cooking evenly.

Obviously, once your pizza is cooked to your desired doneness, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Assemble and bake your pizza with care, and you’ll be rewarded with a mouthwatering gluten-free meal that’s sure to impress.,
