I learned the trick of turning sugar into powdered sugar a long time ago. This is my version of refined sugar free powdered sugar. Here I list two recipes the first is Monk Fruit Powdered Sugar the second is Vanilla Monk Fruit Powdered Sugar. They can be used just as you would use powdered sugar. Use in recipes that suggest powdered sugar. Use in Swedish Pancakes, Lemon Pudding Cake, Dutch Pancakes, and Tart Lemon Bars.

How to make vanilla powdered monk fruit sugar.

Put monk fruit sugar in a high powered blender. Blend until a powder substance. Cut vanilla bean in half and remove the seeds from the pod by scraping out the vanilla caviar. Pour the powdered sugar into a glass jar with a lid. Put the caviar and the cut vanilla pod into the sugar and stir. Leave the vanilla pod and seeds in vanilla. Let sit for two days. After two days use monk fruit powdered sugar use in any recipe.
