Curried Tuna Salad
One of my favorite cuisines is Indian. I enjoy a bowl of mild chicken curry. When my kids were little we often took tuna for lunch at our homeschool co-op classes. Our lunches always consisted of a sandwich, a vegetable, a fruit, and some type of snack. Nonetheless, we all need meals we can make when in a hurry. It can be used as a dip for crackers, chips, bell peppers, or even celery. Sandwiches or lettuce wraps can also be eaten for lunch or dinner. choice. Feel free to enjoy it as an open-face sandwich or tea sandwich.
Use it with my “Hydrogenated Fat-Free” Mayonnaise, Small-Batch Refridgerator Horseradish Pickles, or any of the cracker recipes I have on my blog.
