Ingredients:
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Garlicky Onion Seasoning
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup chicken bone broth or veggie broth
- 1 pkg Garlic Boursin Cheese
- season with salt and pepper to taste
- 2 zucchini made into zoodles
- 2 yellow squash made into zoodles
Directions:
First, cut-up and chop the chicken into bite-size pieces. Second, chop the vegetables.
Third, spiralize the zucchini and squash for zoodles.
Next, heat up a pan until hot over medium heat. Finally, add in the chicken, broccoli, onions, garlic, and Garlicky Onion Seasoning. Once, the chicken is cooked add in the chicken broth. Cook until the chicken broth is slightly reduced. Next, add in the Boursin.
