  • 1 tsp pure vanilla
  • *2 teaspoons maple extract (optional)

Directions:

Preheat 375. First, grease a baking stone or baking sheet. Second, stir together the cassava flour, oat flour, monk fruit sugar, salt, and baking powder. Third, set aside. Fourth, using a pastry knife cut in the coconut oil until it resembles sand. Finally, stir in the nuts. Next, whisk together the beaten egg, canned coconut milk,  maple syrup, pure vanilla, and maple extract. Pour liquid into the flour mixture. Combine the dough into a disk.   • 1/2 cup powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 3 tbsp real maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp nut milk or canned coconut milk

Directions

  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cup cassava flour
  • 1 cup oat flour or place the oats into a small food processor and process until milled
  • 4 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 whole egg room temperature
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp maple extract optional

Maple Glaze

  • 1/2 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp nut milk of choice canned coconut milk may also be used

Gluten-Free Maple Pecan Scones

  • First, grease a baking stone or baking sheet and preheat to 375.
  • Second, mix together cassava flour, oat flour, monk fruit sugar, salt, and baking powder until combined.
    1 1/2 cup cassava flour, 1 cup oat flour, 4 tbsp monk fruit sweetener, 1/4 tsp pink salt, 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Third, set aside.
  • Fourth, using a pastry knife cut in the coconut oil until it resembles sand.
    1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • Finally, stir in the nuts.

Maple Glaze
