At first, I was apprehensive to even purchase the ingredients as they were in my humble opinion costly they were indeed costlier than regular flour and white sugar. Soon I was creating my own grain free recipes. My friends encouraged me to start my own blog and share my new found wisdom with others who had a similar dietary journey.
I have had a long winter break. Now it’s time to focus on homeschooling again and the new year. I am not sure what the new year has planned for me but am excited to see what unfolds. I
Most gravy recipes are easy to make as you start with the juices that the meat cooked in. However, this recipe does not require any juices from a roast although adding them wouldn’t hurt it would just amp up the flavor. This recipe can be used on beef or pork. Make my seasonings Rosemary Wine Salt and Powdered Jalapeno ahead of time. Tapioca flour can be found at most local grocery stores.
