Pineapple Apple Syrup:
Cinnamon is not only a warming spice it is also one of comfort and nostalgia. In short, I firmly believe we all have that one childhood memory of cinnamon that our mother’s or grandmother’s made. Not to mention, Pineapple and cinnamon will have you in seventh heaven. The combination is so celestial that even your soul will be uplifted.
Consequently, I created this recipe to be paired with my Gluten-Free Pineapple Pancake Bars or Gluten-Free Dutch Pancakes. In any case these to recipes pair so well together it is like a being whisked away on a tropical vacation.
