STEVIA WHITE CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp maple sugar
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 oz stevia-sweetened chopped white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup powdered monkfruit sweetener

Directions:

First, add coconut oil, maple sugar, and almond milk to a. Heat until sugar is dissolved and it has begun to simmer. Remove from heat. Place the white chocolate into a bowl and pour the hot liquid over the top. Set the mixture aside for two minutes. Next, stir the chocolate into the hot liquid until melted and smooth. Using a spatula remove the white chocolate mixture into a medium bowl.

Lastly, add the powdered monkfruit sweetener and beat it with a hand mixer until a thick and fluffy frosting is made. Add more powdered monkfruit sweetener to thicken the frosting. To solve a thick frosting add a tsp of almond milk at a time until the desired thickness is created. Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener

Instructions

  • First, add coconut oil, maple sugar, and almond milk to a.
