Blueberry Balsamic Glaze is the perfect addition to any steak or salad. Furthermore, this glaze has a sweet, savory, and salty flavor palate with a texture from bits of blueberries. What’s better than sweet, savory, and salty? All those flavors will make your palate and tastebuds overjoyed. Pouring over a steak will boost the flavor of even the cheapest steak or elevate any salad. Albeit is exquisite on Pizza as well.

However, most people I know don’t care for anchovies. However, anchovies can add a nice salty element to any dish. Nevertheless, anchovies are in any good Caesar Salad Dressing. Were you aware that you can purchase a small tube of anchovy paste at many grocery stores? Well, most grocery stores have it available. Or you can purchase it here.
Admittedly, there are blueberry balsamic glazes on the market nonetheless I have not been able to find any that are refined-sugar-free. Therefore, it was important enough for me to create my own. Let me just tell you that this glaze makes a wonderful and killer salad dressing. Needless to say, this glaze will take any average salad into one fit for a king. Not to mention, the recipe is keto too.
Incredibly it is also a terrific glaze for meats to help them transcend to another level. Steaks marinated in this glaze or using this glaze as a type of steak sauce. Hence, any unused portion should be stored in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
