Lobster Dip is the perfect appetizer to dress up any meal. Not to mention, it is the perfect beginning dish for any date night or anniversary dinner. It can be used as a dip with vegetables, chips, or crackers. It can also be placed inside baby bell peppers and served as is. Nevertheless, it makes a delectable open-faced sandwich similar to a lobster roll. If you are looking for a romantic treat this is the dish for you. While lobster is expensive you only need one lobster tail to make this appetizing dip.Baby Bell Pepper on a clear platter

Lobster Dip:

Incidentally, my mother used to make the most appealing sauce for lobster when I was a kid. Indeed the sauce can also be used with clams, shrimp, lobster, or any combination. Nevertheless, it is the perfect appetizer that will impress any guest or family member.

Needless to say, it is the perfect appetizer for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, an anniversary, birthday, or anytime. In short, if you like seafood this is a must-try recipe. Nonetheless, check out my blog post Keto Lobster Tails for how to cook it.

In summary, make with my homemade mayonnaise or store-bought. Amazon sells canned Coconut Milk and dried Tarragon. Most importantly, serve cold.

Lobster Dip

Ingredients:

1/4 cup thick part of canned coconut milk

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tbsp homemade mayonnaise or store-bought

3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dijon mustard

1/4 tsp freshly chopped tarragon or dried

1/2 cup cooked chopped lobster, langoustine, clams or shrimp

Directions:

First, add all the ingredients together in a small bowl reserving 2 tbsp of lobster meat. Second, stir until well combined. Lastly, pour into a serving bowl and serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.Combining all the ingredients for lobster dip. I have never had a seafood dip like this with coconut milk, looking forward to trying it since I am not a bit mayo fan and there is very little in this recipe.
