Lobster Dip is the perfect appetizer to dress up any meal. Not to mention, it is the perfect beginning dish for any date night or anniversary dinner. It can be used as a dip with vegetables, chips, or crackers. It can also be placed inside baby bell peppers and served as is. Nevertheless, it makes a delectable open-faced sandwich similar to a lobster roll. If you are looking for a romantic treat this is the dish for you. While lobster is expensive you only need one tail to make this scrumptious dip. Purchase lobster tails when you find them on sale, and store them in the freezer until ready to use.
Lobster Dip:
Incidentally, my mother used to make the most appealing sauce for lobster when I was a kid. Indeed the sauce can also be used with clams, shrimp, lobster, or any combination. Nevertheless, it is the perfect appetizer to impress any guest or family member.
Needless to say, it is the perfect appetizer for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, an anniversary, a birthday, or anytime. In short, if you like seafood this is a must-try recipe. Nonetheless, check out my blog post Keto Lobster Tails for how to cook it.
In summary, make it with my homemade mayonnaise or store-bought. Amazon sells canned Coconut Milk and dried Tarragon. Most importantly, serve cold.
