First and most imporantly, preheat the oven to 350 F. Second, line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Third, combine the cassava flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon stirring until thoroughly combined. Next, mash the bananas. Add the egg, orange juice, orange zest, olive oil, egg, marmalade, coconut sugar. Stir the wet liquids into the dry. Fold in the nuts if using. Lastly pour into the prepared pan.
