Pineapple Turkey Meatballs are a surprising taste of sweet and savory. Needless to say, they should be called Hawaiian BBQ meatballs. Without a doubt, these meatballs are so good they will disappear before your eyes. Indeed serve as a main course or as a lite lunch. The combination of sweet and tangy will have you licking your lips.
Nevertheless, roasting Pineapple Turkey Meatballs in the oven will deepen and enhance the flavor leaving them slightly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Not to mention, the meat is a little looser in texture than with ground beef and bread crumbs. Indeed, these tasty bites are gluten-free. The flavorful Hawaiian BBQ Meatballs will have your family feeling they went to a Luau.
Not to mention, most countries have some form of meatball. My recipe calls for homemade Hickory BBQ Sauce or a store-bought BBQ sauce that is refined sugar-free and grain-free. If you do find a BBQ sauce on the market that fits this description, by all means, let me know.
