Raspberry Ginger Infused Water is a refreshing way to start your day. Needless to say, these little drinks have a myriad of flavors. They also contain a hint of lemon and mint. All in all, they are full of antioxidants that will help boost your immune system. No blender or juicer is necessary. Staying hydrated is a necessity of summer. I added a little sparkling water to give it a few bubbles and create a more festive drink.
Raspberry Ginger Infused Water:
Ginger is one of the most versatile ingredients. Not to mention that it can be candied. Ginger is perfect for sweet or savory dishes. Ginger shots, in particular, have become quite the rage and are available in most health food stores. However, this recipe is milder than those that you can purchase at your local health food store.
In other words, this is not intended to be a ginger shot but instead, it is meant to increase your water intake and improve your immune system. Ginger, in fact, is often used in home remedies for a myriad of things such as stomach aches, improves digestion, and is considered an anti-inflammatory.
Infused water is a wonderful way to increase your water intake as well as increase your vitamins and stay hydrated. If you are like me then you need to consume more water. Infused water is a great way to do that. When you infuse water with fruit and/or vegetables. Believe it or not, ginger is considered a vegetable. Nevertheless, if you place the drink on a dark red cloth the drink will look a little deeper red.
Don’t worry if you are not a ginger fan as it is a mild hint of ginger. Amazon sells quart canning jars.

Trying this! I would skip the lemon flavored la croix since the recipe already calls for lemon juice. Personal preference 🙂
