- 1 Recipe Gluten-Free Homemade Strawberry Pudding
- 6 tbsp whipped cream
- 6 strawberries
- 2 tsp chocolate shavings
- 6 sprigs of mint
Directions:
First, and foremost make the Jello as directed in the recipe. Second, place six wine glasses at a slant. Third slant them slightly by using a loaf pan. Fourth, add approximately 1/3 cup of Strawberry Jello into each glass carefully, ensuring not to tip them. Place them into the fridge to firm up for 4 hours. While the the Strawberry Jello is firming up make the Strawberry Pudding. Place plastic wrap on top of the pudding to protect it from getting skin. Finally, place into the fridge to set up for two hours.
Once the Jello is set remove it from the fridge and spoon in Strawberry pudding carefully. Lastly, top each dessert with whipped coconut cream, strawberry wedge or chopped strawberries, and a sprig of mint before serving. Makes approximately 6 servings.
