Swedish Ice Chocolates

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil or food-grade coconut butter
  • 3.5 oz. of homemade chocolate chips or store-bought stevia-sweetened chocolate chips

Directions:

First and foremost, purchase small foil candy papers. Second, place the candy papers onto a 1/4 cookie sheet. Third, place the cookie sheet next to the stove. Fourth, melt the coconut oil or butter in a pan over medium heat while. Once, the coconut oil or butter has melted add in the chocolate chips while stirring. Remove from heat and allow to sit with a lid on top for 5 minutes. Finally, take the lid off and stir until the mixture is cooled. Pour the chocolate mixture into a measuring cup. Lastly, pour the chocolate into the candy wrappers. Place the cookie sheet into the fridge for 30 minutes.

Variations:

  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 tbsp Homemade Coffee Liqueur 
  • 2 tbsp Rum or Bourbon
  • 1 tbsp homemade jam of any kind
  • 1/3 cup of chopped nuts of choice

Directions:

  • Lastly, pour the chocolate into the candy wrappers.
  • Place the cookie sheet into the freezer for 30 minutes. 
  • Keep refrigerated if not eating
