Gluten-Free Christmas Breakfast ideas are some of my favorite recipes. Christmas morning we all want quick and easy recipes so that we can spend more time with family and friends. In fact, many of these can be made ahead of time and then heated up. Some are so quick and easy they can be made in the morning with very little work. Indeed, many of these ideas are for larger families or a buffet-style breakfast. Needless to say, I enjoy a buffet as it gives you several choices. Below you will find 10 different ideas.Top Left to Right: Gluten-Free Christmas Breakfast Recipes Chocolate Espresso Whipped Cream. Pumpkin Pancake Bars. Bottom: Chocolate Pancakes, Blueberry Waffles.

Gluten-Free Christmas Breakfast Ideas:

Breakfast is always good with egg dishes. One of my favorites is Cheese and Bacon Quiche. At any rate, make Quiche the day before. Eggs with ham and bacon are always a hit. Or try my Asparagus and Bacon Quiche.

For Gluten-Free Waffles try Sweet Tart Lemon Waffles with poppy seeds with a sweet and tart flavor that will have you dreaming of spring. Or maybe there are grandbabies in the house who would love some Gluten-Free Chocolate Waffles. I mean, who doesn’t love chocolate? Of course, there are Blueberry Waffles to dream about too. For more of a winter cozy feel, there are always Gingerbread Waffles or Pumpkin Pie Waffles.

All of the above waffles have their pancake counterparts. But, don’t forget to go international. Try Swedish Pancakes, or Danish Pancakes with Lingonberry Sauce. Crepes are a good way to start the day to. Pumpkin Crepes are a family favorite.

My next, suggestion is Dutch Pancakes. I have several recipes on my blog. Furthermore, Dutch Pancakes will serve three or more  Try the Dutch Pancake with Custard as a syrup or use maple syrup.
