Try the Dutch Pancake with a Custard as a syrup or use maple syrup.
Gluten-Free Breakfast Casserole Ideas:
Although, if you are looking for something a little more filling then Blintz casserole is right up your alley. Serve with fresh fruit and a variety of syrups.
However, if you have more time on your hand you may wish to make sausage. Consequently, Turkey maple sausage can be made ahead of time and frozen. Or make it and crumble it up and use it to make biscuits and gravy.
