In any case, this rub will have you licking your fingers. While it works great on anything it is spectacular on pork but especially ribs.
In all honesty, I don’t know what it is but I absolutely adore garlic. Which is why this rub packs a garlic flavor. However, not too strong. Moreover, creating spice blends and rubs is easy. In terms of flavor, this rub will knock your socks off. Not to mention, it is also versatile. Consequently, I often make a larger amount than I need and store in my pantry. 2 tbsp maple sugar
1 tbsp salt
3 tbs garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
3 tsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp paprika
Directions:
First, add all the ingredients into a small jar or container with a tight-fitting lid.Finally, place the lid on the container and shake until the ingredients are combined. Next, open and use. Lastly, store any remaining rub into the jar with the lid on in the pantry.
