Gluten-Free Moroccan Chicken Pizza is a tangy flavored pizza with Moroccan Red Chili Sauce as pizza sauce. Consequently, it is a new twist on a vintage classic dinner. In fact, My Moroccan Red Chili Sauce acts as the pizza sauce to this pizza. Perfect to use as an appetizer, brunch, lunch, or dinner. A slightly spicy sauce with chicken, cheese, chimichurri sauce on a cauliflower pizza crust. This pizza will leave your mouth watering for more. Unlike any pizza, you have ever had before.
Friday’s tend to be Pizza night in many homes in America. Indeed, this pizza will be a new family favorite. In all honesty, this recipe came about because I had some leftover BBQ Chimichurri Chicken and was inspired to create a new fusion recipe. Needless to say, I have three gluten-free recipes for pizza crust. They are Cauliflower Almond Flour Pizza Crust, Cauliflower Cassava Pizza Crust, and Gluten-Free Family Size Pizza Crust. The two smaller pizza crusts are both 2 person pizzas. Choose the one that fits your needs best.
Gluten-Free Moroccan Chicken Pizza
In all honesty, I have found pizza in every country I have ever visited. All in all, I have had some very unique tasting pizzas. I have had tuna, corn, and even mussels on pizza. Subsequently, because of my travel experiences, I am much more likely to try new things. Therefore, when inspiration hit for this recipe I did not even question it.
This recipe can be made with any cooked chicken you may have. I often make this recipe when I have leftover chicken. However, I used leftover BBQ Grilled Chimichurri Chicken. Thus, I use my family-size pizza crust. If using a smaller crust just use half of the ingredients.
