Keto Curry Salmon has a mild spicy flavor so delectable and heavenly that you will crave it again and again. How can it get better than that? Needless to say, topping it with a tablespoon or more of the Harissa Curry Sauce which will give it a rich and creamy texture with a slight hint of heat as it melts over the warm Salmon. In fact, if you love curry then this will have you losing your mind over how good it is.Keto Curry Salmon with Salmon Curry SauceIn all honesty, Salmon is probably my favorite fish. If you read my blog on a regular basis then you know I absolutely adore variety. Nevertheless, my family has already requested for me to make this dish again. I am already dreaming about it. At any rate, the creamy texture and spices with the flavor of salmon behind it. The fact that Keto Curry Salmon is not only keto but gluten-free, grain-free, refined sugar-free, and dairy-free is even more incentive to make this more frequently.

Incidentally, this recipe calls for Harissa which is a North African hot or mild chili paste. More importantly, due to my inability to eat hot spicy foods I choose the mild version. Subsequently, I have not tried the hot Harissa as I am afraid it would be too spicy for me. Therefore, if you like heat try the Hot Harissa. To be honest, I have only ever used the mild red paste as it is spicy but will add so much flavor with just a little bit.

Keto Curry Salmon Notes:

Included in this recipe is my Powdered Jalapeno. Surprisingly, Mild Harissa, Jalapeno (to make my Powdered Jalapeno Spice), Tumeric, Tomato Paste Tube, Unsweetened Canned Coconut Milk, and Garam Masala is an Indian spice that can be found at Amazon.

By the way, unsweetened canned coconut milk is used in this recipe. In conclusion, remove the thick part of the coconut milk and reserve the remaining coconut milk for another recipe, just place it in a sterilized sealable glass container and place it in the fridge.

Furthermore, I have added two nutritional facts one for the Keto Curry Salmon and one for the Masala Sauce. The Keto Curry Salmon is based on 5 servings. Masala Sauce Nutritional Facts are based on 1 tablespoon per serving.
