Blackberry Mojito Mocktail is a beautiful way to spring into any day. Indeed, it is perfect to add to your Easter brunch, lunch, or dinner. A tasty colorful drink for any occasion. It is a delicious drink made with key lime sparkling water that gives it effervescence. Mojito’s are a well-known drink from Cuba. Made with lime, mint, simple syrup, and alcohol. This is a tasty light-minty drink with none of the booze. Not to mention, kids be excited to have a pretty bubbly drink too.
Blackberry Mojito Mocktail
Normally, it has rum or bourbon. Naturally, I am not much of a drinker and, therefore, prefer a mild adult version over a strong one any day, however, there are occasions when I just prefer no alcohol. Consequently, this drink can be turned into an adult version very easily with a hint of bourbon or rum. Not to mention, it is a small batch recipe for one. Of course, it can be doubled or tripled. Last but not least, use it with Monkfruit Mint Simple Syrup. Consequently, it is a quick and easy recipe using canned flavored sparkling water.
Lastly, it is made with five ingredients mint syrup, key lime sparkling water, blackberries, mint, and ice. That’s it. For an adult cocktail simply add bourbon or rum.
Nevertheless, I love this drink because of its beautiful color and flavor. Something about it just makes me happy. In summary, I think it would be an excellent addition to any Easter celebration, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or Fourth of July.
