Believe it or not Cinnamon Whipped Cream. In all honesty, use it on cakes, cheesecake, pie, ice cream. The sky is the limit. Whipped cream is such a wonderful topping, However, when you add some cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg it brings it to another level.

Not to mention that it is a breeze when using a Whipped Cream Dispenser. Believe it or not, it is my favorite kitchen gadget. Needless to say, I have had mine for over 20 years. In fact, it is easy and quick to use. At any rate, the whipped cream dispenser needs N2O cartridges to work. An invaluable tool to create Professional Homemade Whipped Cream in the home. Plus you can spray whipped cream right into your mouth.
Nevertheless add a dollop of whipped cream on pies, ice cream, cheesecake, pancakes, waffles, etc. This whipped cream is slightly flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg making it the perfect topping to my Cinnamon Apple Caramel Cheesecake, or dairy-free Soft Serve Vanilla Ice Cream, Gluten-Free Swedish Spice Cake, Crustless Double Cream Pumpkin Cheesecake.

Cinnamon Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon powdered monk fruit sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large pinch of nutmeg
Directions With a Mixer:
First, combine all ingredients into a bowl. Second, mix with an electric mixer until thick peaks. Top pies, cakes, ice cream.
Lastly, dust with a little cinnamon. Finally, use to eat as is or to top other desserts.
Directions for Whipped Cream Dispenser:
Please be sure to follow the manufacturer’s directions.
First, place all ingredients into the dispenser. Second, screw the top on. Third, place N2O inside the cartridge carrier and screw on to the dispenser. Once you hear a slight hiss shake the canister 6-12 times hard. Next, remove the cartridge and toss it away. Finally, place the cap on. Incidentally, please note some brands require refrigeration first. Lastly, place on decorative nozzle turn dispenser upside down and spray out whipped cream out.
Notes:
Whipped Cream Dispenser needs to be shaken 6-12 times and turned upside down before using. Not to mention, there are more servings in the Whipped Cream Dispenser as it is pressurized much like the canisters you get at the store.
