Dairy-Free Ranch Dip Recipe is a perfect KETO dip for a veggie platter or chicken wings. This unbelievable creamy and tasty dip is so tasty as well as low calorie and low carbs while not sacrificing flavor or creaminess.
Great for when you’re craving a creamy and decadent dip but also don’t want the calories or the carbs. All in all the vinegar, lemon juice, and other seasonings mask the coconut flavor.
In any event, salad dressing is preferred just add the thin coconut water until the desired consistency has been achieved. At any rate, this will become your new to go to dairy-free dip.
Dairy-Free Ranch Dip Notes:
To tell the truth, my family still buys Ranch Dressing and Dip from the store. As a matter of fact, I only needed enough dip for my daughter and I. Be that as it may I also didn’t want to be tempted to eat or add more of the dip to my plate, therefore, I decided to only make 1/2 a cup hence each serving is one tablespoon.
The temptation to overeat or take more than I needed was hard to resist as it was so tasty on my chicken wings and fresh veggies. Nevertheless, it as super nice to know that even if I did indeed take too much it was low calorie and low carbohydrates.
I used my homemade mayonnaise in this recipe. Transfer the remaining coconut milk into a sterilized container and store it in the fridge. This recipe uses not only the thick part of a can of unsweetened coconut milk but a little of the coconut water from the same can. Enjoy with Gluten-Free Chicken Strips or Gluten-Free Baked Chicken Fingers.

Dairy-Free Ranch Dip
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup homemade coconut buttermilk
- 2 tbsp homemade mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp coconut water
- 1 tsp chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp chives * optional
- 1/4 tsp tarragon *optional
Directions:
First, stir together the mayonnaise and thick part of the coconut milk until combined.
Next, add in the remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.Refrigerate for two or more hours before serving.
