Gluten-Free Greek Meatball Pizza:
Nonetheless, it is a unique and flavorful pizza full of Mediterranean flavors. Needless to say, almost everything I eat is homemade. In fact, this pizza can be made with my Cassava Flour Pizza Crust or storebought. Consequently, this recipe came about as I had 5 leftover greek meatballs and a little Dairy-Free Tzatziki Sauce leftover. In all honestly, there was not enough for a meal. In any event, I am not fond of waste of any kind. Therefore, my mind started spinning about what I could do with the leftovers. Hence, this recipe for pizza. Indeed, Pizza was the perfect use of the leftovers and feed two for lunch. Or use it with Gluten-Free Family Size Pizza Crust to enjoy for dinner.
In any case, I may be making this pizza for Super Bowl Sunday. At any rate, use as an Appetizer for tailgating. At any rate, I wish I was as eloquent a writer as I am at developing recipes.
Furthermore, the crust can be made ahead a day or two ahead of time. I highly suggest making a full recipe of my Dairy-Free Tzatziki Sauce and can be used to dip your pizza into. In conclusion, I highly recommend making Gluten-Free Turkey Greek Meatballs a day in advance. In any case, please let me know if you try this recipe.
