Horseradish Onion Buffalo Burger Notes:
I have been unable to find a prepared horseradish on the market that is grain-free and refined sugar-free. Sugar is in almost every product on the shelves in stores. Therefore, I have had to make my own homemade horseradish. Ground Grassfed Buffalo is sold in my local stores and butcher markets. Also used in this recipe is Lano Life Powdered Bone Broth. As always please do your own research before adding a product to your pantry. If you find another powdered bone broth that you feel is better please, by all means, let me know and comment on this post.
Burgers were weighed and placed in a burger press mold to make them perfectly rounded. As I no longer eat grains I ate this burger protein style with butterhead lettuce along with my Hickory BBQ sauce, grape tomatoes, my Bread and Butter pickles, reserved caramelized onions, and mustard.
