Close up of Gluten-Free Moroccan Kefta

While I have never been to Morocco, however, I have been privileged enough to have tried some of its food. Needless to say, I still hope to visit Morocco someday as it has long been a country of interest. Incidentally, one day I hope to be able to visit this beautiful and interesting country. Of course, I would love to be able to travel the world not just Morocco. By the way, these tasty morsels can be baked or BBQ’d.

Years ago I created a recipe for Kefta, however, it needed a little revision to make it grain-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free so that it would fit my new lifestyle. Therefore, Gluten-Free Morrocan Kefta is a nice change of flavor with a nice mix of spices. Cumin,  Cayenne, and BBQs can be found at Amazon.

Gluten-Free Moroccan Kefta Notes:

All in all, the inspiration for what to have for dinner comes every night just before dinnertime. Hence, I personally believe that it is a gift from above. Consequently, I pray every day for inspiration in all aspects of my life. Recently, I have been having trouble sleeping. Subsequently, for over three weeks I have been only able to sleep about 3- 4 hours a night. I don’t have to tell you how exhausted I am or how I feel like my brain is crumbling. In short,  I would appreciate any prayers for a good night’s sleep or even sending positive energy my way.
